I am only interested in runners who have run both
the Men's 8k courses at E.P. Tom Sawyer's Park in
Louisville and the Rim Rock Farm course in Lawrence,
Kansas. If the ladies want to comment on the 5k
courses, that's fine also.
I am trying to get an idea how the best junior college
runners compare to the best NAIA runners. If you took
the same runners under approx. the same dry weather
conditions, how would their times compare on these two
courses? i.e. based on the difficulty of the course, such
as number, length, and height of hills, how would the times
compare. Are they relatively the same difficulty (no time
differences expected), about 1/2 minute difference, about
1 minute difference?
Thanks,
Oscar
