In order of importance
400,1600,200,5000. You are not allowed to run 1:55 under any circumstances unless you can run 53,4:20,25 and 15 minutes. If you do run 1:55 and you have not ran ALL of those other times, it doesn't count, you didn't really run 1:55 the proper way.

this is true actually
my brother ran 1:55 with a 50.1 400m. I don't think he ever broke 4:40 in the mile or 17 minutes in the 5k. He ran about 22-23 for the 200m and closed his 1:55 in about 27seconds.

This also subject to The Committee for review
My 1:55 with a 49 400, 4:20 Mile, 24 200, and 15:57 5k was overturned for missing the marks. I have not yet recovered
In HS I ran 1:55 several times with only 49.5 400 speed, not sure about 200 and my best mile was 4:35 and I never ran a 5k. 1:55 for 800 is pretty easy, you just have to be strong to run it, don't have to have crazy endurance to run that.
Funny choice of times :0)
Me personally, 200- 22.7, 400- 49.1, mile - 4:19, 5k, 16:00, and 800 - 1:55.1. Funny stuff, looks like I am aheda of the curve on the 200.
50.9, 1:55, 4:28, and 16:50 were my high school times. Seems to be a trend that guys reach it from the speed side but not the endurance side.
I ran a 1:55 relay split (1:56.5 FAT open 800m) and my PRs were:
200 23.3
400 :52.0
1600 4:15.8 (conversion 3:58.3 1500m)
5000 15:20
Should've run faster at 400m and 5000m...Never got in the right race...
If your an endurance guy who can run a 1.55, you can also run a 4.15 mile and 9 min 3200 so why would you want to run a 1.55 800?

24.2
51.9
1.54.4
4.09 (3.52.3 = 1500m)
14.53
Not sure which one is the most respectable? Good luck

I'd think that the 3:52 and the 14:53 are in a similar ballpark. Nice times.
I ran a 1:55 mid FAT indoors and up to that point I had only run as fast as a 51.xx relay split, 51.8 open 400 outdoors and a 2:35 1000m early season indoors. I never raced a mile/1500 due to never actually being healthy for a full season, but I always assumed I would have been in the low 4:20's, maybe faster.
All you need to run a 1:55 is 52 speed and solid strength, as well as the mentality/confidence to go out hard and relaxed throught he first 500m
Depends on the athlete:
22/47/1:55/5:20/18:30
24/51/1:55/4:35/17:00
26/54/1:55/4:25/16:20
You cannot run 1:55 for 800m if you do not possess at least 28.75 200m speed.
400: 50.7
800: 1:53
1600: 4:12
200-24.8
400-53.8
800-1:55.9
Mile-4:17.4 (Converted from a 3:59 1500)
5k-16:25 (XC)
200m - 23.43
400m - 49.75
800m - 1:55.07
1500m - 4:11.93
5000m - never tried it.

wtf???!?
never got in the right 400 race?! its a all out sprint, you are in lanes the whole way... It really shouldnt matter more than a few tenths of a second the "right race"
its not like you could pull a 48 out of your ass. I mean I would find in the 4x4 i could maybe pull another .3 or so out of my ass if I was chasing down some guy.
Oh and when I went 1:54.8, I was ~22.8, 49.6, 4:30, 16:30
200: 22.36
400: 49.65
500: 1:07.90
800: 1:56.03 (1:53.8 NON split)
1600m:?
5k: 18:24 (sophmore year)
all other times are junior year
