We had someone join our team and she has 2 years of running behind her but low mileage (15-30).
Her times are
200m - 29
400m - 63
800m - 2:26
1500m - 4:55
3000m - 10:47
which is better/which should she concentrate on?
She has also run
5K - 19:18
10K - late 39s
We don't really do distance so thanks for any advice.
