Where does the article say that he "got away with it?" The guy might face charges.

I think it depends on whether they were allowed to be hunting where they were. If they were, I doubt they'll face any charges. Because "accidents" like this happen.

Yo retard...the woman was FATALLY shot....that means she's dead. The opening sentence said, “A woman was shot and killed by a boy today while she was hiking…”

It's going to be kind of tough to sue in that condition.

I am personally not a hunter, but I do have quite a few friends who are. Why they hunt is a question for them to answer. My question is why was this woman hiking on the opening day of bear hunting season?
