If U drive to your run, say 10-20 minutes, is it better to have the air on to cool down, thus it feels hotter out when you get out of the car, or is it better to have windows down so you are more aclimated (sp)to the outside temp????
thanks
john

Why not just have someone ride a bike next to you waving a palm frond?
AC on.
dude, seriously. is that really that imperative?
Your not to bright Einstien...
we are talking about is it better to be very cool coming out of the car or to be the surrounding temp...will one have a greater effect on you as you go into your run???
I think the previous poster was referring to the fact that your conundrum is of little importance and has no viable solution.
I nominate this for the worst thread in letsrun history. Any seconds?
AC on no doubt. Keep that core temp. as low as you can get it before the run.

Do you actually type so slowly that you save measurable time by typing "U" instead of the incredibly long word "you"? I notice you took the time to capitalize "U", so this extra step alone must make it very close.
I dunno man, do runners really care this much about?

It's not a good idea to talk about the intelligence level of others when you don't know the difference between "to" and "too" - here's some help for you:
http://www.grammar-monster.com/lessons/too_and_to_lessons.htm... or "your and "you're", but that lesson is a little more difficult, and should be saved for after you master the first one I presented.
Worst of the day, certainly.
But it's got some stiff competition for worst in letsrun history.
as a person who is all natural, i do not condone the use of AC for any reasons. when you use the AC, you support the terrorists.
bunch of nuts here going into semantics...
this is a serious question that can effect many!
I have heard it debated many times.
I have worked camps & coached kids with 15 on a van & many debating over which is better and weather we should have it on or not...THIS IS SCIENCE NOT ENGLISH CLASS!
Only ignorant people, small people or people who take joy in picking at others (means they are losers) will say good or bad tread when someone has a serious question.
Just because you know something does not mean all do...you were ignorant once also.
Instead of spending so much time going into grammer, take your 'superior' knowledge & read what is being asked instead of what was typed. That would make you a better person & a champ...or are there none of those here????

remember the 1st response was a smart(dumb) ass!

You need a special driver's license and vehicle to transport 15 kids. I hope you have it or you're in trouble.
actually you don't in my state, however that is not the issue or question, this has to do w/ air...
is it better or not?
I know it can de-hydrate but is the cool better or not???
OK, OP, you've achieved worst thread of the week.
But you've got a long way to go to compete with the worst of all time. Seriously.
Then again, this *is* where your dreams become reality, so never give up hope!
Will someone please ban this asshole?
