we are talking about is it better to be very cool coming out of the car or to be the surrounding temp...will one have a greater effect on you as you go into your run???

I think the previous poster was referring to the fact that your conundrum is of little importance and has no viable solution.

AC on no doubt. Keep that core temp. as low as you can get it before the run.

I have worked camps & coached kids with 15 on a van & many debating over which is better and weather we should have it on or not...THIS IS SCIENCE NOT ENGLISH CLASS!

Only ignorant people, small people or people who take joy in picking at others (means they are losers) will say good or bad tread when someone has a serious question.

Just because you know something does not mean all do...you were ignorant once also.

Instead of spending so much time going into grammer, take your 'superior' knowledge & read what is being asked instead of what was typed. That would make you a better person & a champ...or are there none of those here????

You need a special driver's license and vehicle to transport 15 kids. I hope you have it or you're in trouble.
