are you running the boilermaker? If so what college do you run for?
I'd say anywhere under 56 is good, under 53 really good under 50 is awesome
FYI: The Boilermaker is not a PR course (decent hills but not insane) and the weather forecast for Sunday is not looking too good right now (hot and humid). On more than one occasion I've run the B'maker at a slower pace than I ran a flat half-marathon two months before (heat and humidity are not my favs).
Forgot to add, sub 53 at the B'maker will definitely get you in the top 100.
Without knowing anything about how good you are at other distances...your 10K time plus 10 seconds per mile, terrain and weather conditions being equal.
i'd say if you run anything under 55 minutes your good and anything over you suck. plain and simple, the course is very challenging for the first 4 miles, so if i was you i would pace myself very well the first couple of miles, then turn on the after burner at 5 miles and you should carry along to the finish.
As of now the temp is forcasted at 87 degrees for sunday. so make sure you drink plenty of fluids.
I've run the course 8 times and surely hope you break 55 minutes.
Good Luck!
