Coach White has had success with athletes at all levels because he is interested in his athletes as people, as students, and as athletes. Look for IUP to improve rapidly. AS an aside, your comment about Rodney Rothoff is very true. Everywhere Rothoff has ever been ends up screwed up, with him jumping ship and slick talking he way into another 'job.' He's a consumate loser who makes the coaching profession look really bad.
Ralph White is a fantastic coach, and a good man.
