Watching hall when he is locked in on a tempo run or in a race he is very fluid and makes 4:45 pace look easy.
Hate to say it but Josh McDoughal.......that I've seen 4:01 indoor mile at Liberty form was the same from beginning to end.

I would say there is a lot of dick-riding going on right now with Fernandez, but I would have to agree he has amazing form. Lagat wins hands down though.
