The past year i've grown to enjoy the feel of the nimbus 9's. however, since i no longer am a college runner, I no longer get a good shoe discount. I was wondering if anyone has tried either the new landreth 4's or the new cumulus 10's and can attest to their feel. I've run in earlier models of both shoes but disliked the former models (L3 and C9) for different reasons:
-I loved the Landreth 2's, but felt the landreth 3's became more of a lightweight shoe, and sacrificed too much of the cushioning for my liking. It seems like the 4's are a bit heavier so I was wondering if they have more of a cushioned feel similar to the 2's.
- I used to run primarily in a bunch of cumulus models until the 9's. To me the 9's just felt extremely rigid on my foot strike and i found that to be a bit uncomfortable. Are the 10's similar to the 9's in this regard?
I went from the cumulus 9's to the nimbus 9's, and the n9's have felt fantastic, and i'll probably continue to get them at a discount now that the nimbus 10's are out, but in the meantime I need to come up with a back up plan for when all the 9s run out....
thanks for any input and for reading all of this lengthy post
