I had a corn on my little toe which caused staph infection-type pain. Started treating it with salicylic acid, which is fancy for Compound-W, etc. (Brand name "mosco" something) The bump is still there, but all filled up with white stuff...trapped solution? It doesn't feel like pus and there's no pain, just a blister-like swelling that doesn't feel like a blister. It looks like a pimple that wants to pop, though it won't, and it doesn't feel like one. Is this what the stuff is supposed to do? It's advertised as "corn *removal*" stuff, so I thought it would dry/peel. Anyone use this stuff before? TIA.
