Honestly, for this guy I don't think this is a good result. Getting whipped by 2 seconds for a front runner like JJ...I don't think it's a sign of good fitness.

i seriously doubt u cant do any better. probaly cant break 2mins. u dont know how a person training schedule is. last time i checked,, that meet is not the Trials.

46.9 is good, especially considering you don't know how the race went.

last year he didn't go under 1:47 before June, didn't go under 146 til the end of June at NC's. And ran a pr of 144.69 in August. So he's actually ahead of last year assuming his training is planned correctly.
