Does anybody know if any elite runners who have flat feet or low arches? I have low arches myself, and I always envision elites/subelites as being genetically gifted, and this having strong, high arches. For some reason I see a guy like Sell having flat feet.. idk why

What shoes do you typically train in?
high arches are not ideal at all and neither are flat feet, somewhere in the middle is more ideal but other factors play in as well like fat padding on the metatarsal heads and the way your footstrikes, some people with medium arches have poor form and are screwed as well.
