Can someone fill this in.
400m pr X 2 + x = poor endurace
400m pr x 2 + x = normal endrance
400m pr x 2 + x = good endurance
400m pr x 2 + x = nearly perfect endurance think tergat

Tough to say for sure. We can only use past athletes as examples, and we have to use athletes who have real FAT 400 times (not relay splits or practice pr's).
Let's use Coe as the example of good endurance since he excelled at 1500 meters.
46.87/1:41.73 (101.73 seconds) = 0.461
Let's use Juantorena as the example of poor endurance (meaning good speed) simply because he was built like a tank and I imagnine he'd be better at 200 meters than 1500 meters.
44.26/1:43.44 (103.44 seconds) = 0.428
Well for a guy with 52.00 open speed
I would say 52x2= 1:44
+18 seconds = 2:02 ---> poor endurance
+14 seconds = 1:58 ---> normal endurance
+11 seconds = 1:55 ---> good endurance
+8 seconds = 1:52 ---> nearly perfect endurance
i think it might be a better way to judge endurance by this formula
(400m + x) * 2
but to give an opinion on your original question
poor endurance = 20 (10 seconds per lap +)
normal endurance=16 (8 seconds per lap+)
good endurance = 12 (6 seconds per lap+)
perfect endurance= 8 (4 seconds per lap+)
