The final 0.2 miles equals 321.8688 meters or 352 yds. What is the official record for covering this final segment during the completion of a marathon? Where, when and who?

Actually, the part of the marathon after the first 26 miles is about 0.22 of a mile--385 yards. I doubt that it's been timed in very many cases, and there certainly wouldn't be an "official" record for it.
I'd be interested to know how fast the last 195m (the metric distance for the event is 42.195km) have been run--certainly under 30secs on some occasions, is my guess...
