Hey All,
I want to start off by saying that I've never ever used a substance and up until very recently I've never even considered it. However I was talking to a trainer I know and he claimed to have read an article where it stated some good runners will use things like creatine for recovery.
The past five years have been injury ridden for me and now that i'm done with competing for college and will be competing for myself. I am looking for a LEGAL way to help keep me from getting injured, beyond doing all the normal things like good diets and proper shoes and all that.
Any help would be really appreciated.
