After having read all these endless threads on minimalism I guess I have it figured out.
(1) If you're going cold turkey in minimalist shoes (H Streets, Kilkenny's, unspiked track shoes), for whatever reason, start off with not much more than a mile a day for a few weeks, or maybe do LOTS of walking in your low-heeled flats.
(2) Do NOT progress your mileage nor velocity, until you feel comfortable & confident doing so. In other words: no Molvar Thesis stuff, maybe not even the Hodgie-San starter plan, until the legs feel good. Nothing arbirtrary. Nope.
Uh-uh (shake of head).
(3) Best to do your running on trails or dirt.
(4) Be PATIENT
(5) See 4, above.
Izzat it? More or less??
