16:50-17:30 - 5K
It all depends from which end of the speed spectrum you're coming from...
I think if you can do that with a minute rest, you should be quicker than that; I'd guess that's about your mile pace if not a bit slower (that is if it was actually comfortable). Let's say 4:10-4:15 1500/ ~16 min 5k with a bigger degree of error there.
today i did a tempo on the track, 3miles, in 16:11. it felt pretty good, what could i do a 5k in?
16:00 if that was a hard tempo and 15:40 if it was a shade easier
