BAN ON HALF TIGHTS FOR DISTANCE RUNNERS

You were doing ok up to a point. The problem was when you said "at least with nothing over them." All of your own high school insecurities the flooded into the picture and washed away any possible argument that you had (relating to the daftness of half tights). There is NOTHING worse than tights with shorts over them. Half tights... as silly as they look... are good for training. The bigger issue is when someone THINKS they look good in them. It's like short running shorts. Wear them, but be AWARE that they don't look good... just wear them for the fact that they are good for training.

It's a little hard to figure out what your problem is with those bulges. Either you're embarrassed that your own bulge is so small, or you're having a hard time suppressing your homosexual urges, or both. I'm guessing both.

I'd rather see a ban from the human race on obviously insecure guys who weirdly obsess over what other guys wear and look at other guys closely enough to notice. Can't handle the feelings that well up from deep within you at seeing those bulges?

800 1:55.4

1500 3:57.7

3000 steeple 9:22.6

5000 14:20

10000 28:30

the problem is no one goes by the standards anymore...

Sorry, but even if you taped down the bulge or tucked it real good so it was hiding between your little chicken legs, half tights would be AWFUL. Also, ask most girls who love cock at the appropriate time--they still don't find the half tights fad to be in good taste.

The reason I said they're ok with something over them is only because 1) they keep you warm when it's cold out and 2) they may help people with some upper leg injuries/problems.

So you have to be able to run a 14:20 5K, or a twice that distance at a faster pace. Makes perfect sense.

I'm calling bull$h1t on the times. There's just NO collegiate runners that would EVER advocate wearing shorts over tights and I don't think you are one of the few H.S.ers running faster than the "standards." Sorry, I still think it was that one line that really killed you.

I'd tend to agree that not liking tights doesn't necessarily make you gay... but it really is a little bizarre that you are so concerned by it.
