Nice. I only watched the first one. If I had known nothing about the 800 previously, I would have come away from that knowing that 1) the 800 meters is two laps, 2) that I should get out in 50-55 seconds, and 3) that the 800 has a staggered start and starts going into the first turn. And that's about all I would have learned.
Now if you know so little about running the 800 that you're looking for advice on youtube, odds are you aren't very good and/or experienced. If you aren't very good or experienced, points number 2 and 3 don't really apply to you as you won't be getting out in :55 and you won't be running an 800 with a staggered start, as the majority of non-collegiate or professional 800s aren't staggered.
The very little advice that this guy gives doesn't even pertain to the audience that he should be shooting for, so in short, I'm really not sure what the point of that was.
