It was a great effort by Fam - he was all by himself after the 2nd lap. There were cowbells aplenty, tons of people near the water jump and the one of the squeegie guys was wearing a blond wig!
yeaaaah.... if you could get those tps reports in a-sap, that would be greeeaaaat.
I admit that the blond wig was pretty funny.
assumming Lincoln is done, can anyone in the US challenge Fam at the Trias?

Fam also didn't run any steeples before the 2007 USATF Meet. Granted he was also running way fast in other events this time last year too...
Fam thinks he can run 8:15 right now. I wonder how fast he'll be in June?
Fam's had trouble in previous seasons maintaining his momentum. Let's hope he doesn't over race in this important year...
