Totally unplanned. My knee hurts a little. I've run once in a week. Feel a little dehydrated. I will jog about a half mile to the park, then do the 4 mile loop in Central Park. A map I found says: 4.0439 miles.
If you predict I quit or dropout please say during which mile.
I may or may not do strides.

Full Disclosure: the closest thing I could find to a flat is a Spira Stinger shoe. So I will be bouncing all the way to the finish in the Spira's (with my orthotics in them).
