I developed Patella-Femoral Syndrome about a week and a half ago.
For the first few days I was limping, then I stopped noticing it for the last two days or so.
I tried going for a jog today, but after 10 mintues I could feel it coming back so I stopped.
Since I got it I haven't been training per se, but I have been playing hockey in the meantime without problems.
At this point it's only running that hurts it.
I went to the physio and he put some electric shock pad thingy's and ice on me and got me to do some exercises, but didn't give me a rehab schedule or anything, so he was pretty useless.
For those who have had this before, how long did it keep you out, and what did you do to fix it?
