I don't know if the shit is real, but they were definitely barfing in each other's mouths. So, I wouldn't put shit-eating past them. There are some really sick people in the world, and we aren't far behind by willingly watching it.
Ok, so speaking of sick....seeing this video prompted me to watch the BME pain olympics. My God how I wish I had not just done that. I feel light-headed and nauseus right now and those images are forever burned in my brain. Damn my morbid curiosity! I keep telling myself it was fake.

That's my reasoning too, it has to be fake. Me and a bunch of friends were drinking one night and decided to pull up that video, my one friend puked all over the place. Good times. Supposedly though it is real and the guy was high on something so he didn't feel it (obviously had a very altered take on reality too haha). Imagine waking up and finding out you did after getting high.
