I don't live in Boulder, but I keep a pace between 7:00 - 7:30. Usually it's closer to 7:30. I'm always feeling like I'm flying (though I'm not) because of how quickly I pass other runners. I'd say that most runners out there are lucky to be running 9:00 pace, if even that. Sometimes I pass folks and want to say, "why even bother, just walk. It would probably be faster...
