Which one, & why?
A like a shoe with good cushioning, a bit of support, and great transition.

i think the inspire matches up well with what you have asked for. i do about 70-80% of my mile sin them and use mixuno elixirs for anything "fast"
They are all great. The difference is in the fit and ride. The Asics will feel like there is more holding the foot and especially the arch. The Mizuno will feel more slipper-like in the upper and be a bit lower in the arch. The Nike falls somwhere in between. I do think this is the best Structure Triax in many years. Just to confuse the issue a little more, you might also check out the New Balance MR768. I've often felt that NB was a little behind the others, but this is an extremely comfortable and smooth shoe with a nice ride that does not get in the way.
i like my struc triax 11's - running in them b/c the ST8s, 9s & 10s tread and cushion lasted longer than the GT-2000 asics series for me. ymmv
after years of selling the 2000 series at number one, we were 3/1 structures over 2100.
the inspire is a great shoe too, but mizunos are always super personal preference. great shoe, light, but doesn't fit everyone. people they fit, won't go for anything else.
Brooks Beast is better than any of these POS shoes
yea, if your arch touches the ground, or you weigh 190
With your description, I suggest the Mizuno Inspire, they are light and have a little support and just feel awesome. I've worn the 2130's as well, but feel like the Mizuno's just give a little more cushion. I just bought a pair for cheap from www.runningexpo.com and had them in 3 days, you should check them out if you don't have a great running store around you to fit you. The lady that helped me on the phone was great. Good luck!!
