2x5x200 rest: 90s/5 min
3 x 300m balls out with very good rest in between
3(or even 4) x 4 x 200m with short rest (30 seconds to a minute) and about 5 minutes between sets.
Build your 200s till you have 8 off 60 seconds. Then cycle through that session onto 4x400 off 5min then onto 5x300 off 4 min. Repeat about 3 times and then freshen over 3 weeks for the big race.
