For those of you who train in flats, when do you replace them? I hear a lot of people say that they get new ones when the uppers rip, but what about the midsole/cushioning?
I have about 300 miles on my Adidas Adizero RC DCs and the forefoot cushioning is pretty compressed, so much that the heel cushioning feels a lot higher than the forefoot portion. I'm a forefoot striker and after some longer runs in them my feet start to feel tired.
