1 min between reps. is this workout a good indicator of your potential in the 1600 at all? i did the 400s in 68, 68, 67, 68, 70, 68, 70, 70. i got slower at the end by a few seconds but i couldn't have gone much faster on the whole workout. is this a decent measurement of where i'm at, and if so, what should it indicate? i ran a 4:38 last year at the end of the season, but this year i've been sucking it up (i ran a 10:48 3200 just a week ago, but i gave blood a few weeks ago as well...) just curious because this felt like a really hard workout for me and i was wondering what i could expect from this workout.
