I watched the Kenna video. I had high hopes, but that actually isn't it. I think this video may be older than the Kenna one, but it is definitely different. In the video I am talking about the character walks through a forest. Hopefully someone knows because I can't find anything.

I'd probably go with radiohead's paranoid android because of the explaination of a gloomy city.

If it was a gloomy house with creepy clay figures, i'd say it was a mid 90's tool video.
