Right beneath the knee on the outside of my leg, the calf muscle there is very tight and I can feel the stifness going down my leg. I'm thinking maybe it's the peroneus longus maybe??
I'm not entirely sure, but when I do a standing calf stretch into the wall and bend the knee, the muscle immediately tightens up. Same thing if I try and do lunges.
Anyone out there know what I have or how I can make this stiffness go away?
