What do you think of those intervals:
- 2x 3x 300m with 3min rest and 6min rest between the set,
- 6x 200m with 2min rest in about 23-23,5 sec
- 3x 1000m with 4min rest in 2:41min
- 3x 450m with 5-6min rest in 56,5 sec
- 2000m - 1000m 700m with 12min rest in 5:32- 2:27-1:36
- 2x 1300m with 4:30min rest in 3:26min
- 600m - 500m 400m with 12min rest in: 78 - 63,5 - 47,8
I did them during the last 2 weeks!!
