i believe buster hasn't been in 100% shape in build up, so that woud explain part of it
his 8'03 showed he's capable of at least 7'27 & of course he has 3'48 speed at his best
this race indicates he wasn't 100% as, if koech coud follow taru, so shoud a peak buster - easily
