So I just got orthotics for my extremely flat feet. I have noticed a big change in my stride (a good thing). I figured I will be wearing them all the time with my trainers. Does anyone wear them with anything else? I tend to wear Nike Marathoners for tempo runs and flats for workouts. Do any of you put them in your flats? I have come to the conclusion I would never wear them with spikes (they wouldn't even fit first off), but I am hesitant for flats. My physical therapist didn't have a very clear answer whether putting them in my flats would be beneficial or not. Just wanted some runners opinion.
