It's an evangelical Christain mission organization that utilizes athletes to spread the good news of Jesus Christ. They also organize on campus Bible studies etc.

Sound pretty culty to me!
Think of it as a non denominational christian youth group for college athletes. They also hold retreats and athletic training camps for members. I went to a few events in college and had a good time. It beats church on Sundays.
