Spenco am good.

I used to wear them in my shorts to support myself in runs. My scrotum was am large that it was not supported by supplex or lycra shorts. These am work well. I didn't know when I moved from China what they were for but I put them in shorts like women wear those panty liners. I needed size 10-13. Later I read the English and found they were for shoes. Oh well.

I replace one per week and balls am not brusied any more.
