I had planned to do a 30K in late march but life got in the way a little bit. Basically, I have not started long runs yet.
I have consistantly been runing 55 to 65 miles a week for the last 9 weeks(with only one week below that because I was sick). My longest run in that time has been 14 miles and I have done several 13 mile runs including some weeks when I did three. These have not been long runs, per se, just longer mileage runs.
Do I have time to get ready for a 30K on march the 30th?
