I wanted to pose a question about my footstrike to see if anyone has similiar issues/problems. When i am running, especially on a treadmill, i notice that my right foot(toes) seems to land pointed inward a little bit and then my foot "rolls" off of the inside part. My left foot does not do this and seems to land correctly, or at least it feels like it lands and "rolls" correctly, off the ball and then toes of the feet. i have tried several different shoes and use new balance, usually the 993. I am a recreational jogger for fitness and fun!
I don't have any injury problems, other than my right shin getting sore a lot more than my left and am unsure if the footstrike is the cause of this? the footstrike for my right foot just feels very akward and incorrect so i am curious if anyone has had similiar problems, what might be causing it, and how to correct it?
