I am running the 1200 leg of a DMR this Saturday and am wondering what you guys think I could run.
Wednesday's workout
8x600, 2:30 rests
6 in 1:58-9
1 in 1:56
1 in 1:54
It is my first time to run the 1200 and my opening race of the season, so I don't really know what to expect.
