Due to the weather, I am sometimes forced to run on a treadmill. With a video iPod, it's not that bad, but I've been having problems. ONLY when I run on the treadmill, my shins start to have major aches to the point that I have to stop after 30 minutes. I normally run on paved bike trails and I NEVER hurt on those. Does anyone know why it only happens on the treadmill and how I can fix it?
