How do you answer when she asks how many other woman I have been with

I can answer.

She knows you have halved your number - you really area 16 and cannot recall all their names.

She wanted to seem a LITTLE experienced, but not too much, so she raised her number to 4 from 1 - YOU.

She thus concluded you have been with 16 times more women than her.

No, no, the previous poster is wrong. Guys are supposed to double their number while women cut their number in half. She felt bad because she has actually been with 8 guys while she thinks you have only been with 4 women. Way to go, you just made her feel like a slut.

Decline to answer the question. Just laugh and say "oh, I wouldn't tell you that" and that you think it's tacky to say how many women you've been with.

It's not tacky. It's important to have an idea of how many women a guy's been with to know how many diseases he might have. One guy I dated said he has been with about 20 women. Does that mean it's really 40 or 10?

It is tacky and what is the point of asking if you going to assume the response is a lie?

We never slept together, but I considered it. My number is 0, so double that and it's still 0. I'm not "waiting" (and I'm still young - college), but it bothers me if a guy I'm with has such a high number. Does that mean he has low standards? That doesn't make me feel too special. So you think you have some kind of entitlement to the details of a stranger's sex life? I would tactfully decline to answer the question, and if that was a problem for the girl, no skin off my back... I ain't jumping through hoops to get laid.
