Don't bring no meth here. We'll crack your skull wide open and have your brains for dinner (with soy sauce) like we do the Navy SEAL queres.
anybody else? I would like serious advise.
post your question several times....that will get you serious advice
San Diego is a great area, expensive though. I would look into the inland north county area. San Marcos or Escondido. It's a little cheaper out there. There are miles of dirt horse trails in the city of San Marocs thanks to a city law requiring all the parks to link to each other by trail. Lake Hodges is a 10 min drive away. (Don't know what it looks like now because I heard it burned during the fires this year.) You can get all the running you want in at Hodges. The wood chip trails at Rancho Santa Fe are a 20 min drive away. It's about a 15 min drive to the beach from San Marocs. Since things are growing out there the kids will be in a clean newer school and it's just depends on the teacher like anywhere else.
Poway
Yea, I would say Poway or RB. Nicer areas but to buy something out there could be rough. I'm sure the insurance companies are going to have a field day when it comes to getting home owners insurance. Like FL. Vista or San Marcos always seems ok. Not something I would have thought about before this year but after 03 and 07 it becomes a consideration.
