So recently I ran an 8K tempo on the track in 25:35, running pretty much even to negative splits to whole way. A few weeks later I ran a 10K on the roads in 31:31, running 15:53, 15:39 negative splits.
Now my question is are my tempo runs too fast or is that about the right pace. I know I could just look at the Daniels running formula, but I don't have that book and I can't find it online, and I would also like some personal opinions. Thanks.
