that's one thing i've been thinking too. the narrow toe box might put some pressure on my foot causing the neuroma because the restrictiveness of it inhibits total splaying of my foot.
i was running in the vomero2+ for a while but i'm finding that in longer runs they're giving me some aches and stiffness in my hips and ITs...
what i was doing was running bulk of my mileage in my vomeros and my workouts in my skylons.... now i'm running my AM easy runs in my vomeros and everything else in my skylons (PM runs, workouts, long run).
the mizuno wave riders are an amazing shoe... but another mizuno shoe that i would recommend is the mizuno precision. i would say they're closer to the skylong (less forefoot flexibility, more light weight).
