He was limping badly after west regionals. Saw him walking away from the meet toward the buses for the awards and he was barely able to swing the leg with the compression sleeve on it. He's clearly not 100% despite the regionals performance.

That is not a compression sleave. It is very similar to what a carpenter carries around his waist with his hammer, nails, etc. Rupp's "utility thigh belt" is used to carry a cell phone (to let Alberto know how things are going during the race), a spare pair of Nike's in case the running surface demands a change to longer spikes, and an extra pocket in which he will carry his Nat. Championship medal after the race. Go Galen!!

Dude, he had an Ice pack wrapped around his leg. That's why he was hobbling.

I can see it now... Galen could be Robin and Alberto could be Batman.
