After I finish running, I have dirt/shoe marks on the middle inside part of my calves, from the other foot (if that makes any sense?)...Does anyone else do this?

Yea I do the exact same thing, for some reason more on my right calf than the left. I've actually got a small portion on my calf in the spot where the dirt always is that doesn't grow hair anymore or that I just continuously rip the hair off of while running.
occasionally i do this, although i don't know why or how to stop it. just every once in a while i do it whenever i'm not paying attention.
on the last race of the season i did it so much the skin inside my knee was rubbed raw and bleeding
Ya man, every run. Are you a shuffler?
You are doing that because you are probably slightly bow legged. When your foot pushes off the ground it twists in slightly. As you toe off and bring your foot through, your toe is pointing slightly in towards your leg (instead of perfectly straight ahead) and it hits your calf as you follow through. It is very common...
You can see a rolfer and he/she can help you solve this problem.
I do this a bit, and if I kick my left, then I have to kick my right immediately to even it out.
I do this all the time. Usually on distance runs though, not in races.
i had a bad problem last year where for a few months i would hit the inside of my ankle, right on the bone. i had black marks there for months and i would do it bad enough where i would bleed all over my shoes. It was pretty weird in that it happened on the same spot on both legs. After a few months of this the skin finally calloused over. I sometimes hit my calves like you do but only occasionally.
I sometimes do that when I'm running on grass but not really when I'm on a hard stable surface.
I tend to do it when I'm tired.
I do it, I'm not sure why or when. OP, you're not alone.
My right leg is longer than my left and tends to have a little extra "swing" to it. I kick my left leg at times.
I run with a pretty high knee lift and sometimes kick the inside of my left knee with my right shoe - scraped a fair bit of skin off at times. Don't do it nearly as badly these days, as I've done a few strengthening/mobility exercises to try and improve my biomechanics.
I kick myself for NOT running.
I can attest to what "Podiatrist" and a few others wrote. I've always kicked the inside of my left calf. I don't seem to do it much in races or during speedwork, just on easy runs. I'm bowlegged and a supinator, so what "Podiatrist" says makes sense.

Wow, this just happened to me today, actually, with some blood involved. It's pretty rare, but it's worse with a particular pair of shoes I have that are especially "sharp" on the edge of the sole.
I also used to kick the inside of my calf a lot. I would almost never notice it while running, but only when it was muddy out and I would get in the shower and have to scrub off these big spots of mud. It seems that in recent years, as I've been running more, getting faster, and my form has improved, that it happens less than it used to.

I don't, but I hear it's very common for gay runners...
LOSER>>>>>>everyone runs different...
When you clip your calfs whilst running it is due to your hips being out of place, if you lower hip joint is not aligned then the leg doesnt follow thourgh correctly causing a continually clipping of the opposite calf,
You need to see a physio and get him to crack your hips back into a straight line
