Did you tell them that you expect them to pay for their "glitch" and not you? Stir things up enough and you might get them to pay for it. Inform them you will complain to the Better Business Bureau. Don't say it like you're trying to scare them, just as a consumer who feels he/she's being ripped off. Make some noise.

Not just Brightroom. I liked a few of the shots folks took of the trials and thought they'd be nice on the Aggie site but demurred when I found a digital download (not a print) would be $40 to 100 each.

Maybe the guy that was complaining about the Times's Jim Ryun pictures needs to get after these guys to make sure my Aggie bro's are getting a cut of the action.

Jesus Fecking Christ, there are so many volunteers who can give you free pictures. Victah Sailor has given us free pictures for decades. He can give you the emails of dozens of other retirees who have volunteer photo credentials at New York and provide free pictures at marathons all over the world.

I ran Chicago. wanted to buy some pictures. Then I realised a CD would cost me more than a race entry.
