D-1 will always be the focus because you actually have to have decent grades to be allowed to run.
Do you realize that D3 athletes do not get athletic scholarships? Plus, D3 probably has less foreigners than D1, I mean you could count Yout, but technically he is an American citizen. Just look at D3 results and rosters compared to D1 results and rosters; Nats is a great example, just look through it and you can see that foreigners do not dominate D3 like you said it did ("NCAA d- 2, 3 and NAIA. The foreigners can make grades and dominate it.").
You should stop whining about her racing at regionals and not the rest of the season, sure she gained eligibility late, or just in time, but none the less she was in fact eligible to compete at regionals and, mind you, regionals and nationals is completely independent of the rest of the season. Plus, if you do not like how division 2 has more foreigners than division 1, you should not compete for a division 2 school.(that is if you compete for a d2 school, and if you don't then just shut up)
