I was thinking of ideas to measure running abilities of Masters as they move into higher age groups. One idea is to see if they can run their age or better in a 400 after reaching the age of 55. Here are the US achievers for this year's outdoor season. I don't have the actual ages so this list is based on the beginning of the age group. Pretty cool, huh?
