I emailed the head of Spira to see if the post was legit.

Assuming it was, I did find it a bit strange that he just posted on the message boards instead of emailing us directly.

But if it was him, I will pursue this issue further and ask him about the connection to FootSolutions, etc.

well i think the Spira CEO got off very lightly, two whole pages of posts on a controversial,oft flamboyant product and no-one,but no-one accused him of being gay. Must be a letsrun record.

Well, lets keep this toward the top and see if the "CEO" has the stones to answer.

yeah, this guy is in business. he posted his number elsewhere, most notably with the press release on his lawsuit against usatf/iaaf. doesn't seem like a big surprise to me.

I just would never post my number that readily available on THIS board.

What, as if in this age of caller ID and traceable calls someone on this board would be dumb enough to bother crank calling long distance to a business (directly to a receptionist, probably), especially with malicious intent. Not like that same type of person wouldn't bother to just go look up the number on the web if it weren't posted here. It's really no big deal, there's nothing to worry about.
