I am currently building my mileage up so that this fall and winter I will be running between 50 and 90 miles a week for hopefully a few months. I have seen a lot of different viewpoints on this, reading about the colorado guys who like to run single runs and people who say it's too much, recovery, all that. So my question is what would be more beneficial for me, doing single longer runs, possibly at a slower pace; or doing two runs a day. Keeping in mind I am a longer distance runner and I am just trying to get in as big and strong of a base as I can get. Thankyou
